forwarders and businesses that need our chamber stamp in order to process their documents.
Our service can be as simple as stamping their document and returning it back to them, or full service where we receive the documents, stamp them,
deliver them to the embassy for further legalization, pick them up and return them to the customer, or to a third party.
The term "Commercial Document" is defined as a document issued by exporters to identify their products and their official statues through an authorized and recognized certifier body,
these Commercial Documents are usually accompany a shipment of goods sold to the concerned foreign country governmental offices.
Commercial Documents Can Be One Of Four Types:
- A Certificate of Origin (C/O) which is an independent document evidencing the origin of the goods or manufacturer.
It contains the description of goods, quantity or weight, value of goods shipped (only for applicant,
it will not be indicated on the original official certificate) and the producing area.
- Certification for Commercial Invoices (C/I) are customs declaration form used in international trade that describes the parties involved in the shipping transaction,
the goods being transported, and the value of the goods. It is the primary document used by customs,
and must meet specific customs requirements, such as the Harmonized System number and the country of manufacture.
- Packing list which is also known as shipping list, a bill of parcel, unpacking note, packaging slip,
(delivery) docket, delivery list, or customer receipt); it is a document that accompanies delivery packages,
usually inside an attached shipping pouch or inside the package itself. It commonly includes an itemized detail of the package contents and does not include
customer pricing. It serves to inform all parties, including transport agencies, government authorities,
and customers, about the contents of the package. It helps them deal with the package accordingly.
- Halal Certificate is a proof that certifies that the produced products are permissible to use according to the Muslim dietary laws
in which the food producers are following shari'a " the Islamic rules", the Muslim dietary laws are commonly named as Halal
standards which can be applied on foods, beverages or cosmetics mainly these products should be free from any pork related
ingredients or Alcohols. It is mostly needed the governments located at the Middle Eastern countries and South East Asian Countries.
